Is my money safe with QARI?

QARI uses your exchange API key with spot trading permissions only. It can never withdraw funds. Your API key is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.

QARI uses an 11-layer analysis engine evaluating market structure, liquidity, order blocks, volume, sentiment, Fibonacci, and more. It requires minimum 3-point confluence and R/R >= 2.0 before entering any trade.

Cryptocurrency trading carries a substantial risk of loss. Before using QARI, you must understand and accept the following:

You can lose all of your invested capital. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Prices can move sharply against your positions in seconds. Stop-loss orders mitigate but do not guarantee against loss - exchanges may be down, gaps can occur, slippage is possible.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Backtest figures, calibration statistics, model accuracy claims, and historical platform results do not predict future performance.
QARI is software, not a guarantee. The 11-layer analysis engine and 16-check risk gate are designed to filter low-quality setups. They do not predict the future and cannot prevent every loss.
You are solely responsible for your trades. All profits and losses are yours. Clavon Solutions accepts no responsibility for the outcomes of trades executed via QARI.

Regulatory Status

Clavon Solutions sp. z o.o. operates QARI as a software service. We are not registered as:

A broker-dealer in any jurisdiction.
An investment adviser, portfolio manager, or financial planner.
A custodian of customer funds - your assets remain on your exchange (Bybit) at all times.
A money services business or money transmitter.

QARI does not custody, hold, or move user funds. All trades execute directly between your exchange account and the market. We never have withdrawal access to your funds - exchange API keys connected to QARI must have withdrawal disabled and are rejected otherwise.

Jurisdictional Availability

QARI is not available in jurisdictions where the use of automated cryptocurrency trading tools is prohibited or where Clavon Solutions is not authorised to offer the service. By signing up you confirm that automated cryptocurrency trading is lawful in your country of residence.

Restricted jurisdictions include those subject to international sanctions and any country added to the OFAC, EU, or UN sanctions lists. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts where compliance with sanctions or local law requires it.

Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on gains realised through QARI. We do not provide tax advice. Trade history can be exported from the dashboard for use with your tax adviser or accounting software.

Shariah Compliance Position

QARI is designed to be Shariah-compliant: spot only, no leverage, no margin, no futures, no perpetuals, no interest-bearing positions, no funding rates. Classification of individual cryptocurrencies under Shariah law is a matter of scholarly judgement and may vary by school. We make a good-faith effort to avoid known non-compliant assets but do not warrant that any particular trade meets the requirements of any specific Shariah authority. Consult a qualified scholar regarding any specific token.

API Key Security

You connect your Bybit account via an API key. The key must have Spot Trading permission only - Withdrawal must be disabled. We refuse keys that allow withdrawal. Keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, decrypted in memory only at the moment of use, and never logged or returned to any client. The encryption master key is environment-isolated on our server and is not transmitted over any network.

You remain responsible for the overall security of your exchange account: your password, two-factor authentication, IP whitelisting on the API key (recommended), and the permissions configured on the key.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clavon Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of QARI. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months in subscription fees, or (b) US$100. Governing Law
